高精度雙通道細胞內信號放大器
儀器概況
高精度雙通道細胞內信號放大器SYS-773具有兩個高阻抗的信號記錄輸入通道,由兩個有源前置放大器將記錄的植物細胞生物電信號,通過結合金屬微電極可以記錄包括局部電位、電位傳播和電位起始位點的細胞外信號;通過使用玻璃毛細管并充灌高濃度離子溶液可以記錄動物組織及細胞以及植物葉肉細胞、根毛細胞或植物莖細胞內包括但不限于鉀離子、鈣離子、氯離子和氫離子等。

● 非生物脅迫發生過程中參與離子的作用研究;
● 植物營養運輸過程中參與離子的作用研究;
● 直接插入葉肉細胞、根毛細胞或植物莖中進行離子濃度測量和電信號記錄;
● 用于大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠或兔子的心肌動作電位信號的記錄;
● 用于小動物抗心律失常藥物的研究;
● 用于心肌細胞、骨骼肌細胞和神經細胞興奮性電位起源的研究;
● 用于胃腸道肌電產生過程中參與離子如鈣離子、鉀離子等的研究;
● 用于心力衰竭中心肌細胞鈣離子變化及強心藥物作用機制的研究;
● 用于交感神經或副交感神經興奮時不同離子變化研究;
儀器特征
● 有源前置放大器:具有兩個包金、環氧樹脂密封的小型主動電極直接放置于測量位點;包含有銀/氯化銀電化學半電極的微電極支架直接插入到放大器前端;從動防護屏蔽罩的放置減少了前置放大器末端微電極支架的雜散電容。
● 電容補償:A通道可以對電極的旁路電容最高補償10pF, B通道最高50pF。
● 電流注射:B通道可使用一個指令信號通過微電極發射電流到刺激輸入連接頭,隨后通過前置放大器的輸出會是一個輸入信號的常電流復制品??梢蕴峁﹥蓚€電流輸出范圍:50nA和500nA或通過外源提供。 這種外源電流對于輸送超極化電流以穩定細胞膜電位以及作為微離子電泳的固定電流是有用的。
● 獨立輸出:SYS-773每一個前置放大器有獨立的輸出,獨立的增益濾波或平衡。另外,SYS-773還有一個10倍和一個50倍的輸出用于輕松整合大多數數據釆集程序。
● 數字顯示:SYS-773帶有一個3.5位數字顯示,用于監測注入電流或任一前置放大器記錄的電壓(單端或差分)。
● 振蕩電路:有助于細胞穿刺。振蕩的頻率和幅度可以根據細胞膜的厚度和細胞本身的大小差異來調整變化。振蕩的時相要么通過使用腳踏開關,要么通過使用一個信號到遠程振蕩輸入來控制。
● 主動濾波器:主動濾波器上的低通設置從1-30KHZ范圍內截波變化。既可以選擇從有源前置放大器也可以選擇從橋式輸出來濾波。
● 順應報警:當電極電壓超出有源前置放大器允許最大的輸入電壓時,會聽到有聲的過載報警。
● 橋式平衡電路:減去過多的電極電壓與通過記錄微電極輸送電流相關聯。最多1000M歐姆的電極阻抗在兩個范圍內可以平衡,可以從前面板的10倍和50倍輸出連接頭中得到平衡的信號。
